The throttle is incredibly stiff, so
\nI’m going to disassemble and clean the throttle.
\nWhile I’m at it, I’ve weakened the return spring tension on the TM carburettor a bit to make it lighter.
\nI’m hoping it returns properly.
\nThe overflow has stopped completely \u2605
\nBut to use this carburettor properly, it would be better to replace a few more fine parts.
\nIf possible, switching to a vacuum carburettor would make it easier to ride.
\nThe hose is old too, so I’m replacing it and changing from a Y-joint to a T-joint.
\nWhile I’m at it, I’m changing the fluid.
\nThe chain is completely slack and can’t be tightened anymore \u2605
\nSince it’s a clip chain, I cut two links and we’re good.
\nBut since it’s a single-sided, non-sealed 630, it would be better to convert to a 530 or 520.
