So here we have a VTR250.
\nThe steering is so messed up that it stays “locked” when centered.
\nWe loosened it up and fudged it during the last Deco-mainte visit,
\nbut the owner says it still doesn’t feel right, so we got a front maintenance job.
\nThere’s barely any grease on it.
\nThe lower race has clear impact marks.
\nThe upper side still looks okay.
\nWhat’s this gunk on the inside of the frame?
\nDid something get stuck in there again?
\nThe fork oil is black, like somebody’s stomach\u2026
