I don&#8217;t want to cut the frame,<br \/>\nand there&#8217;s no original seatpost to work with~<br \/>\nI made do with what I had, but I&#8217;d still like to drop it another 5\u201310 mm.<br \/>\nRemoved the TIME TRIAL bar~ and converted it to the usual stem shifter setup.<br \/>\nTook off all the front derailleur components.<br \/>\nThat alone cleans things up nicely~<br \/>\nFor the handlebar grips, I used the usual heat-shrink tubing,<br \/>\nand extended the short chain.<br \/>\nOn a whim, I slapped a 2010 model &#8220;HEX Decoboco&quot; sticker right on the side.<br \/>\nMm, pretty satisfied~<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;We&#8217;re about 40% away from the summit, I&#8217;d say?
