I killed some time at CIBONE and SPIRAL in Omotesando
\nand caught Avatar, which I’d missed over the New Year!
\nA must-see for fantasy maniacs, this one is.
\nRoar, whoosh, screech screech.
\nThe story plays out just like the trailer, but I wonder how they pull off creating such vast imagery?
\nAmazing!
\nI saw it in 2D, but there’s also 3D available \u2606
\nThough that might make you dizzy
\nWhile I was standing in line to buy tickets,
\na red and blue boy in front of me said, “You’ve got colors that really pop too!” and asked for “two tickets”
\nAttendant: “Just to confirm, this theater is showing 2D, not 3D. Is that all right?” she said into the microphone.
\n3D Taro: “What’s the difference between 3D and 2D?”
\nAttendant: “…” \u2190 a moment of silence … “With 3D, things pop out at you. With 2D, they don’t.”
\n3D Taro: “Oh, I see! So this one doesn’t pop out!”
\nAttendant: “That’s right!”
