The popularity of older motorcycles is truly remarkable.
\nOld bikes stay popular no matter what\u2606
\nThe Z alone is such a bike that you can run a whole business on it
\nThe Katana is the same way
\nWhat you can’t find now, you can discover in the past\u2606
\nI never really wanted a GSX-S1000
\nI still wonder why I bought it.
\nMy mentor just said "”Hey, there’s a nice GSX in America\u2014want to buy it?”
\nSo I bought it… that’s all there was to it
\nThat’s how I became a casual old bike rider
\nAfter buying it and riding it, I have to say it turned out to be really great\u25a0
\nI can’t believe I rode that clunker all the way through Kyushu, Shikoku, and Osaka\uff5e
\nI’ve been seeing the Z pretty often lately
\nThe reason it has such devoted fans
\nI totally get it now\u2606
\nCompatibility \/ simplicity \/ looks \/ parts
\nIt’s an old bike, but it’s still a current production model
\nA beautiful engine is wonderful
\nWith Harley, there’s the XR1000 and XLCR
\nThat indescribable sculptural beauty from the head and cylinder\u2606
\nWell, I chickened out and bought a Sportster
\nPutting them side by side is depressing
\nAs a fairing fan, the Z1R is the best
\nAnd the engine looks great too!
\nBut those two old bikes…
\nI’m starting to think I should give up, and the night sky of my worries turns gray
