Today we had two inspections in the afternoon.
\nThe inspection center seemed to be picking up a bit of energy.
\nThere were various things, but we managed to complete the renewal.
\nThe R80GS looks cool, doesn’t it?
\nActually, it’s one bike I want.
\nThe MHR I saw at the tester shop is also nice\u2014I really like this one too.
\nThe old guy at the tester shop was handling a customer’s bike carefully.
\nHe didn’t unnecessarily rev the engine at idle.
\nWhen lowering the center stand, he’d hold it with his foot so it wouldn’t bang against the frame. \u2606
\nNice work! That old guy.
\nYou notice a lot of things while waiting at the inspection center.
\nTwenty minutes without starting the engine? No wind at all.
\nBang! Bang! Don’t rev it so hard\u2014it’s smoky.
\nThen straight into hard downshifts… clack-clack-clack-clack~
\nWell, there’s all kinds of stuff going on.
\nI asked about license plates.
\nQ. License plates mounted vertically are pretty common, but is there any problem with inspection standards and traffic laws?
\nA. It’s not OK but it’s not NO\u2014we’ll pass the inspection, but whether the police will crack down on it is another matter.
