Yes! It feels like it’s been a while since we’ve had a maintenance campaign.
\nIt’s raining outside,
\nso we’re moving right along with the work.
\nBandit 1200 with about 10,000 kilometers on the odometer
\nAs for the inside, the internals are extremely clean, probably because the mileage is still low.
\nThe camshaft shows no signs of seizing at all\u2014it’s in great condition \u2605
\nPeople often talk about seizing, but how common is it really? I’d say maybe 20 to 30 percent?
\nOf the people who have it.
\nThe cam chain was a bit slack, so I tightened it up.
\nThe bolt heads were corroded, so I cleaned them up a bit and now we’re waiting for them to dry.
