\nThe waves are always high
\nLooking back into the past, a whole new world appears\u2026
\nI happened to spot this mysterious Campagnolo somewhere online
\nIts name: Campagnolo Scirocco
\nA wheel from quite a while back
\nIncredibly cool
\nI searched the world over but couldn’t find one anywhere
\nThen I saw it hanging on the wall in a fixed-gear shop blog from Shibuya
\nI called them up
\nIs it for sale?
\nYes! It’s for sale.
\nI went to see it that night\u2014it was muggy
\nI got permission to photograph it \u2606
\nIn exchange, they asked me to photograph a TREK FOIL77 as well, so I happily obliged
\nI was taking photos inside the shop.
\nOn the way back I stopped by FIG BIKE to report to K and ask if the wheel was ready
\nIt’s not done yet\u2014oh well
\nThe C40’s bottom bracket wouldn’t come off today, but I managed to get mine off \u2606
\nI had to heat it up quite a bit with a heat gun before using a shock driver
\nItalian threads are right-hand on both sides
\nI figured that out quick. That was dangerous, really \u2606
