The GSF1200 we have in for oil-cooled maintenance
\nhas a slipping clutch
\nThat’s something you used to hear about a lot back in the day.
\nIt feels like it’s been a while since someone mentioned it.
\nWe ordered parts and to get a look inside, we put wood blocks under the front and rear tires on the side stand to tilt it at an angle.
\nIt’s even better if you grip the brake lever and lock it in place.
\nThis way the oil won’t drip, which is great \u2605
\nLet’s check the center nut and any play in the primary reduction.
\nThe steel plates are burnt up\u2014they’re all shot
