Today I managed to get home quickly,
\nand I got dinner and tomorrow’s lunch prep all done!
\nThere was a delivery notice from Japan Post in my mailbox
\nThey’re holding it until the 18th
\nSo anyway,
\nI took my recent ride, a Trek Foil 77, out for a night ride
\nIt’s got a carbon frame, of course!
\nThe shape is a bit odd and the color is gold,
\nso I get a lot of people asking if it’s expensive\u2014”No way, no way, no way”\u2014kind of conversations.
\nBut it’s not that pricey. The list price is crazy high, of course! Back in 1998, a complete bike probably went for around 565,000 yen.
\nI’ll leave the actual price to your imagination.
\nSo anyway, I cruised the route: Nakameguro \u2192 Ebisu \u2192 post office \u2192 Decoboco \u2192 Nakameguro.
\nEbisu was lively on a Saturday night, everyone having a good time.
\nRue Favart was lively too! All three floors were packed, they said.
