Finally got this thing done\u2605
\nThe engine was changed to a V710
\nSeating capacity reduced to one person
\nThe structural modification paperwork itself isn’t that much work, but\u2014
\nGathering all the documentation and writing up the forms is a pain.
\nPlus you can only do it at your local transportation bureau, so we don’t bother with it since we’re only in Shinagawa. Don’t ask us to handle it.
\nIt’s something you can do yourself, so please don’t request it.
\nThe transportation bureau is seriously packed\u2605It’s a total mess
\nI’ve got to head out again in the afternoon with another one\u2014and I need to drop off the anodizing too
