We went for the motorcycle inspection and stopped by the tester shop on the way.
\nIt was a headlight beam alignment \u2605 They adjusted the brightness, left-right, and up-down to perfect precision.
\nShinagawa is especially strict with headlight alignment, and sometimes we get a fail mark even when they’re set properly.
\nRound-type headlights sometimes don’t work out well either . . .
\nIf you get three fail marks, you can’t take the inspection that day.
\nIf even one fail mark comes up, I go talk directly to the inspector \u2605
\nAt the tester shop, the light output just wouldn’t come up, and it was right on the edge\u2014when we revved it up a bit more, it got darker . . .

\nIt makes a weird knocking sound at traffic lights sometimes.
\nSince it came to this, there’s nothing for it but to pass the inspection, get the valid stamp, and pick up the new inspection certificate . . .
