<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-big_icon_good\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Get products or services <strong>faster than anyone else <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get products or services <strong>at a reasonable price <\/strong>faster than anyone else <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simply support <\/strong>(somewhat like a donation) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>It seems like <strong>these three elements overlap <\/strong>in some way. <br>During this time, I spent nearly a week studying various people&#8217;s crowdfunding campaigns. <br>As I reviewed and dug deeper into the content, I gradually started to understand <strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">&#8220;what should I do?&#8221; <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">&#8220;<strong>Success-based commission fee of 17% + tax (including 5% payment processing fee) <\/strong>&#8220;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Campfire crowdfunding commission is <br><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">a success-based fee of 17% + tax (including 5% payment processing fee), <\/span><\/strong>which is quite a punch. <br>Since this fee is mandatory, I need to factor it into my pricing. <br><br>When I saw this, <strong>I thought they really came up with an amazing business model. <\/strong><br><strong>&#8220;We&#8217;ll help you succeed&#8221; <\/strong>or <strong>&#8220;Let&#8217;s improve things through online meetings&#8221; <\/strong><br>\u2013 I understand why they constantly push these positive proposals. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">Crowdfunding support amount \u2013 (commission fee + necessary expenses) = actual net crowdfunding support <\/span><\/strong><br>In other words, <strong>I must be careful not to offer barely-viable services or products as returns. <\/strong><br>My initial return idea <strong>would definitely attract numbers but carries only risk \u2013 <\/strong>&#8220;oil change vouchers.&#8221; <br>However, thinking about it differently, <strong>it&#8217;s actually <\/strong>&#8220;a great way to spread products and services.&#8221; <br><br>This crowdfunding <strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">&#8220;requires expanding into unknown territories&#8221; <\/span><\/strong><br>I felt that reaching only locally has only temporary effects. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The challenge: &#8220;Acquiring new customers&#8221; and &#8220;maintaining local relationships&#8221; <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given my management style, <strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">I&#8217;m not harboring sweet illusions like <\/span><\/strong>&#8220;you&#8217;ll come to Chiba too, right?&#8221; <br>Basically, <strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">I&#8217;m starting from &#8220;zero base&#8221; <\/span><\/strong>assuming nobody will come. <br><br>As I&#8217;ve written many times, <strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">&#8220;restarting the bike shop from scratch&#8221; <\/span><\/strong>\u2013 that&#8217;s the decision to relocate. <br>In the mindset of <strong>restarting a new shop from zero, I felt crowdfunding is a very effective tool. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-big_icon_good\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">It&#8217;s easy for new customers to participate (including payment methods) <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">I can identify people who will continue supporting us going forward <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">I can have some breathing room in cash flow <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Going forward, I think bike shops and machine shops <br>can find various new opportunities by effectively using crowdfunding like this. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">That&#8217;s the 21st century for you!
