I tried doing Deco-mainte yesterday\u2605
\nOn my own bike the estimate was about 3 hours, but it wasn’t that straightforward.
\nWe’re in a crisis where we need to boost efficiency or we’re done for\u2605
\nWell, that’s our own problem anyway.
\nControl system maintenance\u2605 Taking things apart and greasing them\u2014honestly, I don’t even do that on my own bike, and it’s a pain, right?
\nYou can just spray lubricant on it from the outside and get by for the moment.
\nBut it flies off right away, doesn’t it? Lubricant, I mean…
\nTake it apart, clean it thoroughly, wipe it dry, check the moving parts for wear, apply fresh grease, and reassemble.
