Even though it’s warm today and I think about taking the bike out\u2026
\nThe GS1000’s inspection has been expired for nearly seven years now.
\nThe GSF1200 is lent out to MJN, so I can’t ride that either\u2026
\nSo I’ll just take the GSX-R750 E4 out for a spin as a test ride.
\nIt’s incredibly easy to ride. I had some concerns at first about the suspension swap, but\u2026
\nPerfect!
\nThe bike class is smaller than modern ones, which makes it even better \u2605 The feel is like a 400cc \u266a
\nThe TMR carburettor setup is perfect too\u2014it’s got that linear feel just like a negative-pressure carburettor!
\nThe brakes feel great, and once the engine is fully broken in, I’d love to take it to Hakone.
\nI really want to get the GS running soon.
\nI wore a full-face helmet for the first time in a while\u2014though it’s only been about a month.
\nMy mouth doesn’t get cold, so I like it.
