This is the sequel.
\nThis time it’s the lower part… The spring has a somewhat subtle color to it.
\nIf a test ride shows no issues with the rate, we’ll repaint it black.
\nThere’s a bushing attached to the body so the spring doesn’t rub even when it contacts, but there’s some kind of odd pattern on it.
\nWas it melted and poured into a mold? It’s unclear, but it has that “nyoooiin” feel to it.
\nOf course there’s no actual unevenness or anything. It’s just appearance\u2014some people might care about it, some might not.
\nThe lower suspension mount has an “extension side” damper (this one also has knurling and click-click action).
\nAnd it’s got ride height adjustment too \u2605
\nThe back side of the end eye still has raw machining marks on it.
\nPlenty of handmade character, that’s for sure.
