I ended up watching a movie for the first time in a while\u2605
\nIt’s called “How to Eat Life”\u2026
\nIt’s a film about the food we eat every day, showing how it was originally living creatures and how it transforms into food.
\nIt covers plant cultivation, birds, pigs, cattle, and fish. Without subtitles, it matter-of-factly documents how they are mass-produced, broken down, and processed
\nin a mechanical way.
\nWhile the runtime is short and there’s nothing particularly shocking, I was struck by how incredibly efficient the production and transformation into food
\nhas become in the 21st century.
