Got it installed for now!
\nInstallation is a bit of a hassle since you have to shift the tire out of the way.
\nThe annoying part is that you need two 11mm wrenches, and one has to be thin to lock it properly, so I ended up filing it down.
\nI modified the tool, but I bet you could find something like this for bicycles if you looked around.
\nAnd if you tighten this 11mm nut too hard, the rubber gasket gets crushed too much, so the fit isn’t really ideal.
\nI prefer the Brembo style with a flange and O-ring seal.
\nIt might be unavoidable due to the design, but since the valve is straight, it’s a bit hard to add air. \u2605
\nAnd that completes the wheel installation.
\nAs for wheel balance issues, there wasn’t much change.
\nNow let’s power up the unit and get started. \u2605
\nI’ll configure the settings: 1. Pressure unit: psi\u2013kpa\u2013kgf\/cm\u00b2. 2. Temperature unit: \u00b0C\u2013\u00b0F.
\n3. High-side pressure warning. 4. Low-side pressure warning. 5. Temperature warning.
\nFor the pressure unit in KPA, it increments in steps of 007, and in kgf\/cm\u00b2 it increments in steps of 0.05.
\nIt doesn’t change in steps of 001 or 0.01.
\nSettings are done, so now… huh? It’s not working.
\nWhat’s this? I checked the manual and it can take up to 5 minutes for front and rear to receive… oh boy.
\nIt’s not receiving at all. It really does take about 5 minutes.
\nI haven’t test ridden it today, so I can’t say much, but let me try it out and report back.
