Hey there! It’s inspection time.
\nThey want to freshen up the suspension at the same time as the inspection maintenance.
\nSo I figured we’d tackle the front end today.
\nStem bearing inspection and grease top-up
\nFork oil change
\nCaliper cleaning and fluid replacement\u2014let’s knock it all out today \u2605
\nThe stem bearing barely has any grease left in it.
\nIf you check it early at this mileage, you can get by without replacing it!
\nThe steering response becomes really sharp and the bike rides so much better \u25a0
\nThe fork oil isn’t as dirty as I expected.
\nSince it’s not discolored, the fork alignment should be good.
