Well, this week’s work wrapped up pretty much as expected, and here’s Decoboco taking a breather.
\nLast week was really exhausting! I was working about 16 hours a day, you know.
\nIt’s enough to drive you crazy, seriously!
\nThe boss’s engine has picked up some serious speed, so I need to recalibrate the tachometer tolerance.
\nI’m hoping that starting next time we’ll put in NEW tires and see that translate into results.
\nSo here’s the grimy town of Jiyugaoka. It’s a sketchy area, so I try not to get too close.
\nAnd the spot that our boss recommends as grimy is an eel place. It’s pretty cool! I don’t smoke myself, but
\nexcuse me, ashtray\u2014”down, down…” I look down but there isn’t one?
\nApparently the thing to do is throw it on the ground!
\nThen straight to the yakitori place. I tell them “it’s three of us,” but they ignore me.
\nWe just sit down and order anyway. Hey, there’s actually a decent crowd in here!
