Today I was installing a fender and an AS Watanabe ignition system.
\nThe fender wouldn’t fit at all, so I ground away at it aggressively.
\nYou’ve got to tighten the fender snugly without putting stress on the fork!
\nAll snug and installed! \u2606
\nNext up is the AS Watanabe. Nothing special about it, really, but plugging in the cord is a pain!
\nI was thinking it was a drag, but then I came up with a clever idea and\u2014boom! Amazing!
\nThis time the plug cap is a “Spirit Fire.” I looked for one with a black cap.
\nI’m not sure if this is exactly right, but it works\u2014it’s got about a 100-degree angle on it.
\nI’ve never been a fan of straight plug caps; I prefer the angled kind.
\nThe cord is blue, so I covered it with heat-shrink tubing and we’re done!
