I sat down cross-legged and mapped out this week’s work schedule before heading home.
\nIt’s cold again today! The north wind is howling and it’s bitterly cold out there\u266a
\nOn the way home, I didn’t feel like cooking, so I thought I’d grab some ramen at the lovely “Pukupuka” place and called ahead.
\nI asked if they had any broth left… “Sorry, we’re closed for the day,” they said.
\nSo I had to settle for “Sapporo Ichiban” instant ramen instead.
\nBut I loaded it up with lots of vegetables\u2014some really delicious veggies a customer gave me.
\nCarrots, spinach, dried wakame… honestly, I can’t tell what’s what anymore.
\nI simmered it until the carrots were soft, made the broth, mixed in the toppings and noodles, and it was done\u266a
\nIt turned out hot and delicious. Today I received a live recording from ZEPP TOKYO 2007, 2, 2 the birthday.
\nI watched and listened to it while sitting in the kotatsu, and I got goosebumps remembering the live show I’d seen before\u2014so moving\u266a
\nChiba’s the best! So cool~ Anyway, I got sleepy and rolled over, ending up napping in the kotatsu.
\nWhen I woke up, “Hebi~” had already started, so maybe I’ll watch it from the beginning next time!
\nI think this tour’s final show was like a culmination of everything.
\nThe most amazing one, I thought, was Michelle’s last live at Makuhari\u266a
\nSecond was Michelle’s free live at Harajuku RIOT\u266a
\nThird was this ZEPP show~ The incredible impact and the balance of everything really made the difference~
\nLast year’s Blacklist was great too, and back when there was the “Sabrina Heaven~” show at Akasaka Blitz, which doesn’t exist anymore,
\nthat was good as well, but there was always something that felt like “hmm…” you know? This time it was truly perfect!
