Comparison with the OEM part.
The pitch is the same, but the V-Strom is M6 so we’ll upsize to M8.

The rod length was slightly short, so we’ll solve it with the “cut-to-inlay-to-weld-to-gun-coat” method. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The V-Strom rear brake master shaft has an outer diameter of 6.2\u03c6,
while the Z1R is 10\u03c6, so it has nice thick walls. We’ll inlay it here and weld it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
