Thank you so much for all the emails! I want to make sure each bike gets serviced properly.
\nThis time we got a Bandit 1200, 04 model for maintenance! It’s got about 10,000 kilometers on it.
\nThe bike is in great shape, so the work is going smoothly. Now let’s see what’s inside! ??
\nWow, it’s clean! You can tell the oil’s been changed regularly!
\nNo cam wear at all! GOOD! The tappets were a bit out of spec, so I redid them all.
\nThe cam chain is fine, so I checked the slack and we’re done.
\nThen fill it with oil (Newtech NC41http:\/\/www.nutec-japan.com\/lineup\/enging-oil_nc-40_nc-41.htm\uff09
\nChange the oil filter, swap the engine damper, sync the carburetors, adjust the idle, test ride, and we’re finished!
\nThis should bring it back to life nicely.
