Deep down, I really want to be a takoyaki vendor\u2026
\nWhy is that? Simple. Because I absolutely love takoyaki and okonomiyaki.
\nEvery time we eat together, I get criticized. I mean, I do go out to eat with everyone\u2026
\nI’m like, “Hey, let’s get okonomiyaki!” and I recommend it every single time, but they’re like, “Again?~” and that’s their response\u2026
\nCome on, it’s only been a week since we last ate it!
\nDo they really hate okonomiyaki that much? Well, they don’t hate it, but apparently they can’t eat it three or four times a month\u2026
\nAs for me, even if it comes up three times a week or more, I’m not sick of it\u2014I’m thrilled about it\u2026
\nThe best okonomiyaki right now is in Sangenjaya, and they grill the octopus for you in a slightly rare state
\nand serve it! It’s an incredibly tiny shop and it closes early, so even if you go early it’s full!
\nIf you go late, it’s already closed\u2026 Too bad! #It’s not like we’re taking our time!
\nWell, today there’s an okonomiyaki place in my Nakameguro, and it’s been there for a while but I’d never been inside
\nso the boss and I rushed in! “Oh, we’re full!” some guy with a weird bandana on turned us away
\nWhen I asked, “How long until we have a table?” he was already taking orders and didn’t even hear me\u2026
\n“Hey, are you ignoring me~?” I said it in a loud voice and just walked back out.
\nSo I had no choice but to go to my usual okonomiyaki place, ate there, came home, and fed my cat
\nand was playing on the bed when suddenly it got this late\u2026
\nAh, I wish I could live like a cat~. My cat’s gotten pretty big lately, doesn’t it weigh like three kilos or something?
