Today’s weather is iffy\u2014strong winds and all. But I want to ride before the rainy season starts!
\nSo three of us showed up: me, M-Shima, and Ogi.
\nOgi was out for his first run today. Now for the session… the wind is fierce!
\nGetting blown around… I’m getting pushed at turn one on the exit, and again at the 100R.
\nThe 100R especially feels like it’s trying to carry me off the track, so I’m being careful.
\nSame thing at the 300R… With fewer bikes out there, it’s actually pretty fun.
\nAfter a couple of warm-up laps, it’s time for the real thing! This is my second session since my crash\u2014last time the engine cut out completely.
\nThis time it’s better than before, but for some reason there’s this “whoosh” and it’s running a bit rough. Something’s off.
\nIt feels like air is getting in from somewhere. Next time I’m going to replace the whole box with a new one.
