In Chiba, our services and reception will change dramatically. <\/strong>We’re making changes.

Basically,
we’re launching with a fresh start mindset, <\/strong>so please look forward to our revamped menu.
We manage work intake by volume.
Once reservations are full, it’s SOLD OUT. <\/span><\/strong>We won’t take on unrealistic or impossible workloads.

For vehicle inspections and maintenance, we’re building AI and system management and notification systems <\/span><\/strong>
to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Regarding these aspects as well,
we’re building from zero with everyone starting fresh <\/span><\/strong> with that spirit\u2014let’s go! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New menu items are under consideration. Small jobs and single requests will decrease. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Basically, we’ll be taking in work on a deposit basis.
This is similar to before, but we’re working toward efficiency <\/span><\/strong>so you can enjoy your bike safely and for a long time with each service.
We’re structuring our menu to reduce customer interactions <\/span><\/strong>for deposit and delivery.

While the numbers are still rough, we’re considering <\/span><\/strong>customer volume.
We won’t accept unlimited requests; we’ll only take on work within our capacity <\/strong> and workload.
This time, we’re planning to expand our service area <\/strong>so customers from farther away can also apply.

Once we reach this volume, <\/strong>
we’ll temporarily pause new reservations and customer acquisition. <\/span><\/strong>
Please understand that this volume
means everyone starts fresh as a new customer. <\/span><\/strong>
*Of course, those who contributed to our crowdfunding will receive preferential treatment. <\/span>
We view early reservations and continued support as a measure of your commitment.

For now, we’ll keep our address private <\/span><\/strong> and operate as
a shop only accessible to those who’ve used our services before. <\/span><\/strong>

In other words, even if I tell you the address, you won’t be able to find it, <\/strong>so
we’ll meet at Seven-Eleven Shigawara Nagayoshi <\/a><\/strong>

I’ll drive you to and from JR M\u014dgami Station <\/a><\/strong> so don’t worry.
The train ride for drop-off and pickup is a bit of a hassle,
but think of it as a trip you take once a year, maybe twice at most. <\/span><\/strong>

A fresh start! Moving to the next stage from zero. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I want to apply the lessons from Tokyo and work at the new facility with those insights.

Speaking of lessons learned, the main one was acquiring too many customers and taking on too much work. <\/span><\/strong>
This did provide stable work volume for a year, <\/strong>but
I couldn’t do the kind of work I actually wanted to do.

I used to think more customers were always better. <\/strong>
When I first started, the internet was weak, and I could only get work through print media and word of mouth. <\/strong>
“Three years on a stone”\u2014 <\/span><\/strong>I really felt the weight of that saying back then.
Because of those bitter experiences, I thought I should accept any work from anyone <\/strong>and that was just how it had to be.

But as time passed… what happens when you acquire too much?
Service work has limits to how much can be provided, <\/strong>
and as bikes age, unexpected issues pile up and often can’t be finished within the estimated time. <\/strong>

“Intake is constant, but output is stuck\u2014a severe constipation situation.” <\/strong><\/span>
This consumes almost an entire year, and I can’t enjoy updating my blog or YouTube. <\/strong>
It might be a luxury problem, but the result is I’ve ended up with a somewhat different\u2014or quite different\u2014style than I intended.

Many motorcycle shops might be thinking the same thing.
If you really think about whether this is okay, you might be able to take that first step. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What matters is “tone and distance”\u2014because we’re human. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I believe what matters most in work is “tone and distance.” <\/span><\/strong>
When communication breaks down, it becomes stressful.
With a hobby, you want to enjoy it and do quality work, right?

Considering all this, I have to be careful about customer acquisition. <\/span><\/strong>
I want to carefully sense the fit and gradually take on work.
I’m not trying to easily increase customer volume. <\/strong>
For now, I want to manage things slowly and calmly without rushing or panicking.
