The customer was thrilled both by the joy of working on it themselves and by how affordable it was.<br \/>\nThey said they didn&#8217;t need the change, but I didn&#8217;t take it\u2014they wanted to try more things and booked their next appointment before heading out.<br \/>\nSo that&#8217;s how it went.<br \/>\nBy the way, we could do non-drop-off repairs where customers bring their own parts, and charge a flat rate of \u25cf,000 yen per hour for shop space and advice.<br \/>\nWould people actually want to do their own work that way?<br \/>\nOf course they can use the tools and get advice indoors. That&#8217;s the idea I came up with while I was in the bath with the cat!<br \/>\nGot a motorcycle ban notice and I&#8217;m a bit shocked!
