You know, the CR special, right?<br \/>\nNo, it&#8217;s not that recent of a carburettor\u2026<br \/>\nIt goes way back before that\u2026 It was a truly expensive era, and it wasn&#8217;t distributed through normal channels\u2014only a handful of top racing teams<br \/>\nused this kind of thing\u2026<br \/>\nThis is the CR900, and even Yoshimura was using Keihin carburettors up until around the 1980s\u2026<br \/>\nThis carburettor has a round throttle valve and a pretty light throttle feel! They used spherical bearings in all sorts of places<br \/>\nand really worked hard to build a four-barrel carburettor\u2014you can feel it. The 1960s, 70s, and 80s were truly an era of trial and error,<br \/>\na whirlwind! Factory parts from back then are almost like art.
