I’ve been enjoying watching “Countdown TV” casually on weekends.
\nFun \u2192 I get to see my favorite artists.
\nDiscovery \u2192 When I listen to the ones I hadn’t heard before, I think, hey, that’s pretty good too.
\nBoth combined add up to just over five minutes, and for the rest, I’m basically just watching with a blank stare.
\nRecently, I discovered an artist called Group Soul.
\nI rented it from Tsutaya and listened to it, and wow\u2014they’re really good!
\nIt hit me with the same shock as when I first heard Snake Man Show. (Though I didn’t experience that in real time, mind you.)
\nI kept playing it over and over, and one by one, people around me got infected with it. The power of information gathering through the ears is
\namazing.
