Since it&#8217;s Obon season, I called ahead to reserve a table\u2026<br \/>\nThey said it was fully booked from 7 to 9 PM\u2026 wait, really?<br \/>\nThis was a problem\u2014I really wanted to eat offal. So I asked, &#8220;Is 6:30 available?&#8221;<br \/>\nThey said yes, it&#8217;s open.
