First, I clean it nicely with a rag,
then spray chain lube thoroughly from the inside.
If you apply oil from the inside, it will soak through to the outside via centrifugal force.

Put on nitrile gloves and work the chain to make sure the oil soaks in deep.
By working it by hand, \u300cchain link stiffness and chain wear\u300d<\/strong>is transmitted to your hands.
You can get a detailed sense of the chain’s condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After trying various products, I always end up coming back to DID chain lube.

If you replace bolts like these on the back of the fender at the right time,
it will prevent future problems.

The OEM front brake disc wear limit is 4mm.
The rear is 5mm, so we can enjoy it a bit more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brake calipers are in excellent condition.
They looked so clean because they were overhauled not long ago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I replaced the front and rear brake fluid.

I cleaned up the inside nicely after removing the fairings.
It’s a bit sad that the head cover has paint peeling off.

When the head cover leaks oil and needs replacement or repainting, it will really freshen things up.

So it’s all finished running smooth and purring nicely.
