Let me walk you through the exhaust pipe and manifold.
The flange is titanium as well, of course. It’s cut beautifully, but every piece is handmade. You can feel the warmth of human hands that mass production can never offer.
The undercowl needs no modification—we push the fit as close as possible. Heat-resistant material has been applied inside the cowl.
This is the kind of thin, high-quality heat-resistant material used. Even after cutting, you can see the meticulous attention to detail.
We had one section of the straight pipe made as a slip joint. This improves serviceability and makes it easier to work on the rear area and other components.
By making this section separable, you can also fabricate a shorter tail pipe later for a different look—so you get to enjoy it in multiple ways.

For the spring, we chose a simple Yoshimura long-type design with a stable supply chain.
The taper from 50.8 mm to 60.5 mm is expertly executed with minimal step, creating a very organic feel.
After checking the frame, we found that a center stand could be mounted with a stopper, so we kept it functional.
A center stand is handy to have, so we wanted to preserve it if possible.
The tail pipe sits further inboard for a slimmer, more refined finish.
The gap between the tail pipe and frame relative to the silencer angle is something I’m very particular about. Hand bending can’t achieve this level of precision, so please understand.
The muffler bracket is a smart, simple curve. We only specified the pipe diameter.
The silencer is a Titanium Aiyama Factory 425 mm × 85 mm, extremely lightweight.
This is the final exhaust that can take the design all the way. If you get tired of it later, you can always make a new tail pipe and enjoy a different look.
I prefer a gentle silencer angle that doesn’t throw off the tail pipe layout.
It’s a sophisticated, timeless taste you can enjoy for years.
It came together with a clean, sophisticated look.
The tail section probably won’t blue much, but adding some heat color is another way to enjoy it.
When it comes to muffler fabrication, the coordination between the customer, Decoboco, and Aiyama Manufacturing is crucial.
My role is to bridge the design in the customer’s mind with our vision.
