• I purchased a used bike, but I’m concerned about its current condition
  With a used bike, you can’t know how the previous owner treated it. There’s a possibility it could have underlying issues that could cause major problems. We recommend a thorough disassembly inspection and maintenance at least once.

• Please also consult us about any physical sensations you notice, such as “it feels heavy,” “there’s an odd noise from somewhere,” or “there’s a strange smell”
  That odd sensation might be a sign of an unexpected problem.
  Examples of physical sensations
  • Heaviness
    Push/pull feels heavy, control systems (brake, throttle, clutch, etc.) feel heavy……
  • Odd noises
    Odd noises from the engine, noise from the chain area, brake squealing or odd noises, creaking sounds from the rear shock area, noises from wheel rotation, etc.……
  • Strange smells
    Gasoline smell, engine oil smell, burnt or scorched smell……
  • Other odd sensations
    Handling feels off, ride comfort is poor, engine feel isn’t right, lights are dim or too bright, battery drains easily……
• Steering feels heavy, catches with a “clunk” in the center, or rattles with a “gonging” sound when braking
  We recommend refreshing your steering with front-end maintenance. Enjoy smooth and responsive handling. We also offer additional menu options.
• The bike feels heavy to maneuver
  Brake drag, wheel bearing and drive chain resistance, etc.……Bikes have so many moving parts.
  It should push smoothly and lightly. Restore your bike’s new-like agility with full-body maintenance!
• Unstable idling, smelly exhaust, or fuel leaking from the carburetor
  Carburetor synchronization can drift, and rubber components like O-rings and starter valves deteriorate. With synchronization and fuel level adjustments, plus additional throttle cable replacement, you’ll enjoy smooth, stable idling and responsive acceleration.
• Main harness is stiff, old, or modified
  The main harness is your bike’s vital artery.
  Replace stiff, old, or dirty harnesses with fresh ones. Well-maintained bikes have harnesses in excellent condition too. Accessory power and ground connections can be added as well.
  →Sometimes one cylinder’s spark plug doesn’t fire, charging voltage is abnormal, headlight is dim, bulbs burn out frequently, fuses blow, etc.……
• Gear shifting feels stiff
  Try NUTEC engine oil. You’ll notice stable shift feel even when the engine is cold.
