I’ve finally been able to make some time lately.
Even when I have free time, it doesn’t mean I’m not busy.
Rather, I’d say it’s more accurate to say I’m making time than having it.
If I don’t sneak around, people show up to get in the way,
so it’s difficult to touch my own bike or go anywhere.
So, adjusting the weather and my timing, I forcefully
pushed through with a Yoshimura OB greeting tour to the Atsugi to Yokohama area.

After that, we go out.
I think what matters is having a fashion sense that doesn’t feel out of place even after getting off the bike.
Since the outside temperature is so high, candy-type gifts are a bit risky.
Chocolate will melt and fresh items might spoil.
If someone said they had stomach pain for days after I gave them a gift, that would be the worst.
Here’s the safe bet—coffee beans and iced coffee are foolproof, I think.
I often enjoy the coffee beans myself “Obscura” so I chose that brand.
After a long time on the Tomei Expressway. 20km traffic jam to Ayase? Seriously?
When I get on from Tokyo Interchange, it’s usually wide open with no traffic. That’s what I think.
But as we approach the toll booth, the line of cars stretches and gets tighter and tighter.
They were heavily enforcing traffic safety or something, checking seatbelts and smartphones.
Because of that, traffic started getting congested right before the toll booth.
Time passes…
The traffic just kept going, which was pretty annoying.
I didn’t want to pay the expressway toll and get stuck in traffic,
so I decided to exit at Yokohama-Machida.
I somewhat regretted not just pushing through on Route 246 from the start.
So…
After exiting at Yokohama-Machida, some mysterious traffic congestion happened.
It was slightly better than the expressway, or so it seemed… I rode along sweating profusely.
After riding for about an hour from the shop, I arrived at Bright Logic
Finally! I arrived.
It’s only about 50-60 kilometers in distance, but the traffic made it take quite a while.
The sun was stronger than expected, and I somewhat regretted not waiting for cooler weather.
I had those kinds of regrets along the way.
As always, it’s full of fully customized bikes that make my eyes go crazy.
They’re all fully customized or in the middle of being built,
and I felt that motorcycle popularity is still going strong.
I saw a water-cooled GSX-R750 W for the first time.
This is quite rare, and even in its original form, it has a very nice design.
I’ve never ridden one, but I have a strong feeling the size and feel would be excellent.
The GS 1000 S also has a really nice color scheme.
It gives the impression of jumping right out of the old catalog.
The high ceiling and subtle factory-like brightness create a really nice atmosphere.
The things placed on the tables are amazing.
Various parts scattered throughout the factory were a feast for the eyes.
It’s already 3 PM! By the way, I haven’t eaten lunch yet.
Anyway, I stopped by our beloved Ebina Parking Area
and took a break at the Starbucks I trust completely.
I can’t remember how many years it’s been since I came to Ebina Parking Area,
but it’s completely different from what I remember.
There are food courts and souvenir shops everywhere, and it’s become very clean and neat.
I can understand why it’s become popular.

Next, I’m going to visit Asakawa Speed
Then traffic got congested again from Ayase, so
I quickly escaped via the Smart exit. Traffic seems to start getting congested at odd times.
It’s frustrating.
I wondered if I should have just stayed on the expressway since there was traffic even after exiting.
But the Tomei Expressway has three lanes and heavy traffic, so I have a bad feeling about it.
On the way there, a large metal plate fell on the road too… It’s scary.
Oh no, I have a bad feeling.
It looks like they’re definitely not here… Maybe I was too late, or maybe they weren’t here to begin with…
Well, I didn’t have an appointment anyway, so it can’t be helped.
I’ll just take some photos for social media and head back.
So it’s already evening, and I want to head back.
I sweated all day.
The rest of the way was all traffic, so I used back roads to get back to the shop.
If you’re not used to riding, you can’t judge the mirror width.
Motorcycles are very difficult—your skills fade if you don’t ride.
I made it back safely.
Various improvements came to mind, so I’ll make adjustments and report back.
