I was operating with a single 19-volt battery, but you know how it is to forget to charge it.
These days, we modern people have to charge something every single day.
I didn’t have any complaints with the 19V battery, but since the new 22V has been released, I decided to buy it.
To be honestI can’t really tell the difference by feel, that’s how it is.
Capacity increased and it got a bit heavier
It’s about 58g heavier. Just 58g might not sound like much, but since the size is small, you can definitely feel the added weight.
However, the battery capacity has increased from 3.35 AH to 5AH, so I think it will be stronger and last longer.
Not a full size up, but it got a bit bigger
It’s just a tiny bit bigger. You can’t really tell unless you put them side by side.
I thought it was a huge advancement that the capacity increased with just this small difference.
The voltage steps have changed
19V is 6V/9V/13V/19V
22V is 7V/10V/15V/22V
All the voltages have been increased with the changes.
I’ve switched back and forth many times, but at maximum voltage I can’t really tell the difference by feel.
I don’t often use the maximum 19V or 22V; I mostly use the lower voltages.
With this 22V, I can definitely feel a difference in the lower voltages that I use often, and the wind is clearly stronger.
This is really helpful.
With these kinds of products, I’ve noticed that the best-selling manufacturer’s products are the most superior and continue to be improved.
With the 19V, the battery would occasionally run out after prolonged use, but since switching to 22V, that hasn’t happened so far.
It’s a small difference, but I felt a big improvement.
If you have the chance to choose a battery, I’d say the newest 22V is the way to go.
For fans and batteries, I think it’s best to use products from the best-selling manufacturers
and use them with other companies’ cooling jackets.
