An extraordinarily rare bike: the GSX1300BK B-KING.
The scarcity of units is quite something, wouldn’t you say?

Inspection and Yamaha OEM radial master replacement and brake hose fabrication.

The brake takeoff port is on theside,which is the trick part?
The switch and tank come included too, which is really helpful.

The tank is black as requested, and we’ll keep both sides with Nissin in black as before.

Time passes…
There’s so little mounting spaceit’s super tight.

We even fabricated a bracket of this type, which is rare for brake hoses.

Inside the fairing looks like this.
It’s pretty tight,like there’s only one way to route it!

This master usesbanjo bolt double and spacerto
offset it outward,which makes the layout easier.

The TEE-FIT is secured firmly.

On the caliper side. The hose retainer is super annoying.
We managed to escape at 90 degrees, so we’re safe. If it had been difficult, we were ready to cut it.

The master is now installed like this.
We’ll bleed the air tomorrow due to time constraints.

While we had the fairings off, we gave it a quick spray and polish withPlexusso it’ll stay nice for next time too.

Applyingsilicone greaseto the fairings makes them easier to install next time and keeps the rubber lasting longer.

The fluid level is easier to check now. *We’ll bleed the air tomorrow. The bolts are subtly
flanged / trivalent black.

This is that thing.
The painted type of brake hose that became a problem years ago—the kind that peels off and clogs with fluid.

We don’t sell assembled units, so we haven’t had issues. But
there are probably many peoplewho don’t know they’re using them.
