Oil change specialty shop
A specialty shop with a rich lineup of various brands.
I think there are quite a few people struggling with oil changes, so there seems to be a subtle but real demand for it.
For irregular bikes (those with lots of removable parts), we’d either require advance notice or decline service.
It would be even more interesting if we also handled retail and online sales of oil.
Battery specialty shop
It would be better to focus on specific manufacturers. I think most people need batteries in urgent situations.
Whether we replace it for them or they buy and take it home is fine.
I have a feeling this would be really helpful.
Tire specialty shop (small displacement)
While the transaction value might be modest, the volume and profit margins seem substantial.
It feels like it would be incredibly helpful for business and daily use.
There’s something really nice about being able to change tires whenever you want.
I think there’s actually subtle demand for unique business types that feel very Tokyo-like.
