What you really go to see is the parts… the parts.
You might find items that are eye-opening, right?
I found myself thinking that magic really is important.
The caliper has a nice angular look that evokes that era.
It looks like the caliper quick release keeps it from coming off.
The bottom case looks kind of magnesium? The SPL feel is incredible.
It’s probably SHOWA…
From a distance it looks like this.
The wheels also have that period feel.
The caliper must have had a model change at some point.
The lettering has already worn away… Brembo… OK.
The fork is still a cool SHOWA GP spec.
Around this area, the machined parts have that soft, organic shape.
It’s a familiar look, but the caliper mount lightening is pretty bold.
I think the analysis has progressed quite a bit.

The mix of analog and digital is what makes bikes fun, isn’t it?
