The right fairing has some damage, so we’re starting from the left side~
Inspection, Deco-mainte, and oil change are on the menu today (*´з`)
(´∀`*) Hehe The big sale once a year—Amazon Prime Day 7/12 & 13

The replacement fairing has arrived, so we’ll swap it in toward the end of the job.
*Clean bikes are basically scary ( ゚Д゚)

Installing a guard on a steel fuel tank gives you peace of mind—it prevents chips and dings.

It’s burned as much as an FI bike… kind of surprising?
DR8EA is the standard spec plug these days, pretty rare?
JR8B, which is used in oil-cooled engines and such, is compatible, so if you’re replacing it, give that one a try~
We’re reusing this one today (‘ω’)ノ

When installing the plug, be gentle?
I’m not the type to just wrench it in right away. (Though it depends on the situation…)
Stick it into a silicone hose and turn it gently—that way you don’t apply any unnecessary force, which reduces the risk.

Since the hose is holding it, if it’s not perfectly straight and smooth, it won’t thread in.

The air filter is clean too, so we’ll reuse it.

The tires are still fresh and in good shape.

Still got some whiskers on them.

The front is almost at MIN. What’s the Katana going to do about OEM-size discs going forward?
Is EBC the only option?

Charged the battery, polished the regulator connectors, and applied copper grease.

Synchronized the carburetors and that’s where we’re stopping for today…
The fork has a halo forming, so we’ll do a fork oil change and seal replacement.
To be continued
