So that’s why I got the tail lamp secured (‘ω’)ノ
A laser might be handy? Maybe.
The tail lamp sits on the frame side. I’d have to drill holes in the mud guard—three of them.
If I mess up, there’s a 100% chance of ending up with ugly holes. Hmm…
I thought I’d dim the lights and use a laser to mark the position… but that turned out not to be practical.
This stud-like thing was in the way, so I adjusted things to cut it off.
Cut it off, drilled holes, marked the position, and lowered the tail lamp since it was touching the cowl.
And here’s how it turned out.
The tail lamp is designed with safety in mind—it can be adjusted front and back with spacers (‘ω’)ノ
The bolt with the broken corner was a real struggle—it’s stuck pretty tight.
I could get it out, but it would cost more than buying a new one, so I’m leaving it (^_-)-☆
