The first inspection of the new year was on a GSX1100S. I wonder what the last bike of this year will be~*We’re waiting for your inspection.
We’ll keep working on it!

Let’s check the brake disc rotor thickness. The front is about due.

Let’s disassemble and oil the left and right levers too. Smooth controls feel really nice.

Let’s clean the drive chain and rear sprocket.
We’ll also oil and adjust them, and check if the hub damper is still working.

Yoshimura metal and color combinations can look dull too.
I think it’s important to adjust them appropriately.
If only they were bearings…

The spark plug is OEM DR8EA, but we’re replacing it with JR8B. It’s a compatible upgrade with slightly better performance, so you can use it with confidence. Since the plug cord has been changed, we’ll also replace the NT4245.

We’ve oiled the throttle sleeve and accelerator cable.

If you remove the side stand and oil it once every few years, it’ll operate very smoothly.

We’ve replaced the brake fluid with CCI Golden Cruiser DOT4.

The air filter is K&N, a washable type, so we’ve cleaned it.

Engine oil and filter have been replaced too.

We’ve brushed the main key with oil and cleaned it well. It makes key insertion subtly smoother. It’s also good to oil and clean the inside of the fuel cap.

We’ve straightened and polished the bent license plate holder.
Next we’ll issue the inspection certificate, take it for a test ride, and we’re done.
