The rainy season looks like it’s ending soon.
Finally it’s starting to feel like summer, but… I really hate wearing a mask.

We made a vibration damper extending down from the oil cooler before, but this time we’re wondering if we can do it more easily.
First up.
We cut up some craft paper—everyone’s favorite material—to work out positioning and check things.
Since I’m not very skilled, when I make two bends I keep them parallel. That way the positional relationships are easier to manage.
And that’s how it turned out.
We used Grade 2 titanium to keep it as light as possible. The dimensioning work took longer than the actual fabrication.
I realized later that I had mixed up the left and right markers.
We made four spacers for the offset, and that wrapped everything up.
We secured the fasteners with DZUS.
No matter what we do, the brakes keep dragging.
I’m a bit worried—has this Brembo master cylinder ever been disassembled?
We centered the caliper, worked out the kinks, and did a full fluid change, which should have helped quite a bit.
