The question is where to cleanly tap into the accessory power.
 

 
We fabricated an antenna bracket that sticks up
 

 
and made a bracket for the cigarette lighter socket too
Since there’s stress from plugging and unplugging
we also made reinforcing ribs and welded them to the bent sections for extra strength ★
We laid out the wiring
ran it through heat shrink tubing
soldered all the crimp terminals
and didn’t use any cable ties for fastening
We thought about the bracket positioning
fabricated the bracket
and painted the bracket
That’s all there is to it, but the whole process takes just over four hours…
The wiring is only for existing customers, you know?
