When the new year rolls around…
It’s time for an inspection★ Sanitra’s
So I figured I’d head out in the afternoon~
Lighting inspection
Turn signals/headlight/horn/brake light/tail light/license plate light/backup light/parking light…
The left parking light won’t come on… and
Stuck solid! So I soaked it with penetrating oil…
In the meantime, I’ll swap out the wheels… it’s a commercial vehicle after all
The inspector said it has to be JWL-T or it won’t pass
After swapping the wheels and fixing the parking light, we got the green light from Shinagawa.
Now the engine’s “A12” is so rusted I can’t see it at all…
They told me to go to station #1 and they’ll check it later…
The muffler bracket on the undercarriage is completely broken… oh man
When you’re in a bind, you call Ⅰ Manufacturing
They TIG welded the broken part back together
Then I scraped off the rust from the VIN…
Hehe! Inspection passed!
Time to change the oil too
