Last night I swapped out the front wheel from an HED3 to a Corima 4 Baton.

Bikes assembled 90% or more from used parts need a thorough check.
The front bearings seem off too…
The HED3 doesn’t have sealed bearings—it uses a cup-and-cone design.
You need to minimize play as much as possible and pack it with low-viscosity grease.
