Gas meter replacement
At my house
Just go ahead and replace it without asking
I got a call saying the gas line was corroded and needed repair.
They showed me, and since it’s outside, the corrosion was pretty bad—dangerous, really.
But do you have to replace the whole line?
“No, we’ll cut it in the middle and reconnect it.”
“We have a good fitting for that~” they said.
I didn’t even bother looking—seemed like too much trouble. Pretty amazing technique, though~
Then they said there were leaks in other places too~
Tied up for about three hours and couldn’t get anything done. What a day.
Indoor fitting replacement—now I’ve got extra charges to pay.
