ZRX1200 Brake Master and Check

 

 
I installed the Uotani unit yesterday, so here’s the startup check★
It fired up with a beautiful roar.
The startup performance really improved dramatically, and I’m absolutely thrilled about it.
I’m also fitting a Nissin radial pump master, so we’ll call it a little mustache situation~
Every time I work on this, I think how incredibly difficult this master is to install.
The brake hose routing is tricky—it keeps touching the switch or the throttle cable.
Twist it this way, twist it that way… somehow we got there~phew
Since it apparently took a spill, I’m removing the front end for a full inspection.
Oh man, the right rotor is seriously bent.
Also check the rear fork and axle★
The weather’s rough~
Anyway, Wednesday is a holiday so we’re opening the shop~
No days off this week…
