But then I thought…
Oh no—I totally forgot to order the O-rings and all that stuff!
I figured it’d have to wait until after New Year’s, but then I called up Tsukasa, who’s got the same GS1000S,
and when I asked, he said “Yeah, I’ve got some,” and sent them over.
Since I’m out of carbon solvent too, I’ll just make do with some metal cleaner and call it a day.
It’s nice to see things come clean.
But when I look at the condition of the valves and valve seats, I’m getting a bit discouraged…
The head will have to wait until tomorrow.
