The inspection wrapped up without a hitch, and this afternoon we’re doing a day-trip Deco-mainte oil service.
It’s a rare fairing-equipped bike for Decoboco.
We don’t work on many of these a month—bikes without fairings are easier, but…
The bike is kept in excellent condition, so the maintenance goes smoothly.
Now for the tricky FI synchronization. Since I didn’t know how to do it, I got a fax from the service department and got started!
My hand won’t fit in there—ouch!
Now the screw won’t turn. I don’t have the right tool for it!
So I cut and bent an aluminum plate to make a makeshift tool and got through it!
